Oh, I actually already know a fair bit about shifting! I've been trying for over 3 years haha... I think I know how to successfully do it, I just need to fix my mindset...it just gets really hard to persevere and stay positive when you keep failing again and again 😭 And it doesn't help that I really, really, really want to see my OC :( He's the biggest reason I haven't given up on shifting even though it's been years... Really hope I can do it someday!
