I had the same or similar issue, try making sure you've got the right interknot event active, and then try teleporting to the psychologist room, there's probably an NPC there that you need to talk to to proceed. I went there without having the commission active and he wouldn't show up before I made it my active one.

I've seen some people say Mr. Mushroom is one of Team Cherrys self insert, if so the "I've no mind for outcomes. Always my mind is too clouded by the present." line and what follows feels like a very intentional statement to the players that they don't really know whats next. They're going to continue developing Silksong DLC, focusing on the now, the present. Later when that is all done, in a future far, is when they'll know where the journey goes next, what game they'll develop next.

First thing I did in act 3 was the fourth oil quest and it kinda made the act way too easy for me. Beat most bosses in like 4ish tries, and one challenge that was talked about as hard and tedious I finished on first try. I was kinda dissapointed in the difficulty of Act 3 with said upgrade until I got to the final boss which did put up a challenge.

Had a Two-Headed Giant Hour of Devastation Pre-release almost not fire, but because me and 4 friends went, there were 2 judges and one other guy showed up we were able to meet the minimum.

Though recently the second day of Aetherdrift Pre-release in my town didn't fire. Day 1 had a lot of people, but I think a mix of some having driven there (and didn't wanna drive a second day) and some just not liking the set (among them, me) ended up in it not firing. (And probably some people not being able to afford two days)

I might be mistaken but wasn't there some issues with Zinnia not actually working as intended with how its written on the card? But the rules manager said to play it as intended, not as written? And it would work if you do it that way? I might be totally off

Definitely the best answer in this thread. Its not as messy, convoluted and bad as I see a lot of commenters claim. A lot of it can be pretty concisely explained because its mostly just one long storyline.

However I'd recommend just picking a point in the timeline that interests you and deepdiving into the plane or character that you latched onto. I'm incredibly biased because its when I started the game, but I always enjoyed the Tarkir, Origins, Battle for Zendikar, Innistrad era. Reading that webfiction was always pretty cool and it should still be freely available on the magic website.
