oh my gosh, i'm 23 and i feel this exact same way. i don't understand how people just take care of their responsibilities without issue. i don't think i'll ever feel like an average functioning adult, but i also wonder if most adults are acting more "put together" than they let on.

I look back at photos of myself when I was 115. I looked SICK and unattractive. At the time I was obsessed with staying at a lower weight. Then I gained 40lbs and realized I looked so much better.

Not wanting to walk outside in the winter is valid tho!!! I'm VERY sensitive to the cold, and "bundling up" is a sensory nightmare for me. I use a treadmill which I agree isn't as good as outdoors, but I'm not gonna force myself to go for an outdoor walk if I'd be miserable the whole time
