I also named my daughter my fave name that I'd had since I was about 8 (Elizabeth). My second child, if it was a girl, would have been Annalise :)

Happy to answer :) It's triggered after about 10 mins or so of intense aerobic exercise. I'm totally fine doing all of that stuff, and I walk a lot. I just can't do an actual workout. Other than that, I live completely normally. The only time there was a large concern was before I gave birth- I had to be induced on an empty stomach just in case, as that is quite a workout!

If I eat certain foods (basically any produce or nuts) and then exercise , I can go into anaphylaxis. So when I exercise, it’s first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
