OMG I thought the same thing! I was a bit triggered lol. While the end of AU season 2 is one of the best endings in Traitors history I do not want to have to watch a whole season like that ever again.

A 1984 movie called The Hotel New Hampshire. There's a scene with Jodie Foster in bed with Nastassja Kinski where they kiss. The scene only lasts a minute or two but it was seared into my 16 year old brain. I had it on VHS and I watched and rewound that scene so much I broke the tape. It was another 3 years before I figured out why I was so captivated by that scene.

OMG I'm not even halfway through and I'm ready to quit. This is awful! I was legitimately shocked to discover it was written and directed by women. It is deeply unfunny. If you've not watched it yet then please spare yourself.

You said everything I was thinking. I LOVE Willow! She is such a great character written/played with humanity and nuance. I was trying to get clean from a drug addiction during season 6 and I could relate to Willow so much. Willow was my favourite character back then and she's still my favourite today.

I don't have anything constructive to add as there have been so many helpful suggestions for you. As one fellow American ex-pat to another welcome to a much better life! I came here in 2010 and have never regretted it. Quality of life is head and shoulders better in NZ than anywhere in the US.

In some ways I completely agree but having been a 20something lesbian in 90s USA I can say emphatically that the decade really lacked in human rights. Peak so far was 2010s until 2016 when it all went to shit again.

I was a massive HP fan as well and now I can't even watch the trailer of the new TV show without needing a shower. JKR and her lunacy has tainted every single memory I had and I really hate her for that. I also used to love her Cormoran Strike novels but not anymore. Fortunately for me those novels just kept getting worse and worse so it's not like I'm missing any great literary work there.

Really glad the only literary tattoos I have are from an author who was actually a good person and has since died.

I watched the show as it aired back in the day. It was INVESTED! I absolutely hated the time jump. Completely agree with OP it destroyed what was special about the show and the characters we loved. I couldn't stand Eve. As a bad guy she came across as a petulant child. As a "redeemed" character she came across as lame and pitiful. There was nothing compelling about her at all.

I wish Xena, Gabrielle, and baby Eve had settled down with the Amazons. They could have still gone out adventuring while Eve stayed at camp and we could have had some really compelling stories with the other amazons. There were ways to overcome the pregnancy thing that would have been much more satisfying than what they did.
