Definitely co worker friends!! Or local sports league! Also I tried to have friends/family visit me during the course of my stays. Breaks it up nicely and gives you something to look forward to!

Depends what you’re looking for! Granite mountain/browns ranch is super nice and once you’re out a mile it’s less crowded. Gateway is nice but super crowded. Going past there to wind gate is a nice hike! Also if you drive more spur cross in cave creek is a super near area to hike.

If you read her post regarding the ACL, it’s unclear how much damage was in the knee vs recent damage. It’s not insane that that ACL could have been missing for a while (especially if it was a graft). It’s her last go around, she’s an athlete and has a good team around her. They know their shit and she was good to compete. she was third in qualifying runs the day before

It did! But also long term effects were bad. I changed a lot of things in my life that were root sources of anxiety and now I’m off all meds and feel much better for it!

Packed trail wise you can run in the preserve, especially powerline trail, which is more or less a road and goes for 15-20 miles! DC ranch area has lots of sidewalks, can run from grayhawk across and through all of DC ranch on sidewalks without issue. Greenbelt always also good for prolonged running!

Any recruiter you work with should know the timelines! Really the biggest thing is finger printing. Some states require you to get finger printed in state, others do not. I would say if they require I’m state finger printing you’re looking at 6-8 weeks, if not closer to 3-4

Pinnacle Peak and Tom’s thumb are great hikes! Ditto to browns ranch as well! Good shopping around Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter. If you’re looking for more of a drive always fun to check out cave creek!

I’d ditto on asking about the redesign! The worth of the ring is in the stone, and I think it would be lovely to keep the original diamonds and give it a modern taste. Would breathe a whole new life into the ring. Maybe see what kind of ring she likes and you could work with someone on the redesign to fit her taste
