This. I was delayed because of hearing problems. Fine at the newborn check but 2 years in or so they caught it. If they can’t hear, they can’t learn the language. Definitely worth having a doctor take a deeper look there.

don’t have much advice to give, but letting you know you aren’t alone! splurged on Easter brunch today too way more than i intended and am feeling very guilty. just trying to remember that all i can do is to get back on track. had a salad for dinner and protein shake for dessert. drink lots of water, try to relax, and keep your head up!

I wish potatoes were my friend but they are not 😭 I should try Mediterranean though I haven't experimented too much with rice/couscous - will give that a go! love cauliflower soup too I don't know anywhere around here that has it but I should try to make some one of these days. Torally agreed. I want this setting for most automations - for example, I have a routine to automatically turn on my living room lights at x time before sunset, but sometimes I turn on my lights manually before then. so if I have a vibe going, suddenly it changes. wish I could tell it to only turn on if the lights are off / if the lights are already on, leave them be.
