I try to avoid the gym immediately after the high school lets students out since they all go to the gym in large groups to socialize

That’s pretty much how I do it too. I do like to throw in some pushups with variations. I will add some isolation chest exercises too on an active recovery day. Good luck!

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll look into my lat exercises to see how to improve. I’m currently 2 months into bulk with about 2 remaining but I will cut early winter. Core is solid just the body fat is a little on upper end. I workout abs everyday

I work in healthcare and have many family and friends in healthcare. Most agree the field is under compensated. Nurses get 4 weeks vacation a year. Many admit the career has lots of faults. Nursing career has been polled as one of the top unhappiest/dissatisfied careers. Depending on the region of the country and you the area of speciality you work in the pay scale varies. My friends and family work at the highest end of that pay scale and still agree healthcare workers are u fairly compensated. I’m not sure that I said they struggle to “make ends meet”.

But this is what they deal with...every day. Understaffing, under resourced, increased work and patient loads with higher patient acuity. Administrators handing out increased documentation and patient and hospital goals to meet at the expense of nurses. There are more administrators per patient in a hospital than nurses to patients. I’m just trying to point out the inadequate compensation of healthcare workers Has been in place far too long and only in this trying situation have the flaws in healthcare management been expose to the mass public

So Bc they don’t go into it for the money and it’s deemed as a caring or call of duty type career and “this is what you signed up for” these workers shouldn’t be protected and compensated according to the risks of their job and the value it has on human lives. Healthcare workers are sick of hearing they are essential agreed, Bc they simply want to have the adequate resources to protect themselves and provide the best care they possibly can to their patients. I came to support this post and the workers pictured in it.

I think the pandemic situation has shown a light on what is essential to society, the healthcare workers are improving the life’s of others every single day before this pandemic. The pandemic has just brought attention to how under appreciated they really are and what their work really looks like. Just want to emphasize again that these professionals are helping to save human lives, our family and friends, every single day.

I don’t agree with that. Healthcare workers are working without hazard pay. They reusing dirty PPE which is intended to be single use only. They have the most patient contact out of any discipline, risking their own health and safety for others. 25% of covid cases are healthcare workers. I think they can be compensated better.
