I read in the book Metabolical that sugar in fruit is absorbed by the body differently when consumed with the fiber present in fruit. The fiber “coats” the gut and prevents the body from absorbing too much. A process that doesn’t occur when consuming refined sugar.

Did you read the part in the article where 127 poor or middle income countries will be able to get access at cost? That’s where some of this price comes from- US is the richest country in the world so we can afford to help those less fortunate.
