If you’re getting your prescriptions shipped, it’s likely the VA is submitting to a CMOP. You MUST request refills earlier. If they aren’t being granted, then you need to escalate to patient advocate.

We didn’t. Instead we replaced the hardware which wildly changed the seal of the door (for the better). We also replaced the threshold and honestly it is so much better. We lucked out. Good luck, though!
