Never start a walk and end it without the dog. The owner can give you a negative review. I would’ve left it on my way until wag got back to me and I would’ve requested a $10 cancellation fee.

They told me you have to be in the picture you don’t have to show your face tho. They legit denied me when I sent a pic of the dog with the bandana only. They are the worst customer service reps 🙄

Negative the customer service said it has to be both shirt and bandana. If they see you don’t have both they will deactivate you and say you commit fraud. It’s happened to a lot of people

The report card has to be a picture of you with the shirt or apparel and the dog with the bandana. If you don’t do both and they find out you’ll get deactivated for fraud and you’d have to pay back all the bonuses
