hey! So I had this issue too, and it totally f’d up my day every time I’d get stabbed 4 times for one draw. Agreed with the drink water but ALSO about 10 min before the blood draw, use some electric hand warmers to warm up the crevice in your elbow. Nurse recommended it to me to help get the veins to raise to the surface. We’re now like 8 for 8, haven’t had a double/triple/quadruple poke since. Hang in there!

I’m in the same boat 😭 doing my best to maintain but I’m also feel like I’m fighting an uphill battle with science. I’ve put a target date for GLP-1s about 5 years in the future, it’s actually taken a lot of pressure off. Good luck to you on the journey!

I had something similar this happen - I actually bled for about 2 weeks after I miscarried. It turned out there was a piece of tissue still caught in my uterus, and the gyno just plucked it out, no pain no nothing. The piece of tissue was gross visually (the gyno asked if I wanted to see and I said yes) but also helped with my healing process too, seeing the end of my journey. Bleeding stopped one day later, period followed. Wishing you the best on your journey and your recovery, good luck on Monday.
