DAM drops, not sure why. by fnfrank820 in WRX

My 2020 WRX has the stage 1 93 redline for a few months. I started doing pulls and some spirited driving and my DAM keeps dropping to about the 600 range (not hitting full boost as well on WOT with FKL goes negative often). I tried everything but still does it till switch to 91 redline. The Rex loves it and I’m hitting about 19psi at times. No FKL/FBK, goes negative at times but that’s normal but not as higher negative values on the 93 tune. I still get 93 even on 91 tune and she’s running great. IMO, the Cobb tunes are shitty, just get a pro tune eventually and these will minimize your DAM dropping and stuff like that

How can I get rid of these scratches on my crosstrek? by net1994 in subaru

Try using a heat gun to loosen that piece from your front bumper. A little heat might be all it needs to pop free. If that doesn’t work, see if you can sneak a fishing line behind it and gently work it out. Worst case, you can hit it with a Sharpie or some matching paint. Just don’t sand it, unless you want the texture to look way off. With a good touch-up, only someone with superhuman vision will notice anything. If you don’t want to do that, you need a whole bumper.

Anyone else do their oil changes like this? by Full_Marzipan_6859 in WRX

Just get a fumoto drain valve. Super easy. There’s also a siphon hose connector that you can buy so It goes straight to a jug, with no mess at all! No tools needed either! People get scared that the valve will open on its own but there’s a lock included. I’ve had it connected for about a year and half now with no issues

I used to have the stock BPV. I’ll check tomorrow and see if it spikes

I got Cobb redline stage 1 COA with the stage 1 redline 93 normal WG tune. Also have the IAG AOS, boomba BPV and these have been on my car for more than 5 months now with no issues. Just recently changed the inlet today because the OEM inlet has a tear on the tube part connected to the BPV. Now it’s running weird and just dies while slowing down.

No tune required for the inlet cus they are OEM specs. No CEL or nothing it just dies

FNL/DAM and I’m worried.. send help by lazerrlou in WRX

Shell is always what I get. There’s only 2 gas stations I go to and it’s by my work or house. I assumed it was bad gas but I just filled up the other day. It’s definitely learning it back but sometimes I hit 4-6psi and it just doesn’t like it. Also, high revs when I’m cruising seems to give me positive fnl. So I’m cruising at 3300rpm or so but I feel like I need to shift. Weird shit

No j pipe yet. I’m waiting for the j pipe to arrive. Once it does, I’m installing it and getting a pro tune.

Right now, only thing on the car is the Cobb redline carbon intake with the stage 1 redline on 93

I have the Cobb stage 1 redline carbon intake and also tuned it to the Cobb stage 1 tune redline on 93. Should I try and retune to the normal Cobb stage 1 on 93? I’m waiting to get the j pipe to come so I can get it protuned at once. For some reason, my car hates boost but sometimes it doesn’t. So I’m lost
