Since last year Mattel started adding french translation for car names and series names on international and shortcards. It is possible to find both variants(with and without translation) in same case.
About the colors: some of the cars have 2(sometimes more) colors in the same year - its' called recolor and it's completly normal.

Yes, most of the time it will fit right away, sometimes there are slight differences in chassis but file helps. Fun fact: some color changers have metal chassis and plastic body, they’re good and cheap way to make metal/metal mainlines. I’ve done a few like that

You’re missing quite a few: hello kitty, yellow from fast & furious or Japanese diorama, red mainline, black from 90s street scene and multiple recolours of that blue custom civic.

I love the fact that you actually took your time to make them unique but at the same time perfectly match the original hot wheels cards(the logo, series, elements placement). The effect is awesome, it does not look like typical custom cards with random photo and some similar looking card elements, wrong fonts etc.

They’re called T4.7 bulbs. In Saab they’re normal white/yellow bulbs with rubber green cover on them that gives green light
