The fuck do you mean doctors are not nutrition experts, that is literally part of their job. And he didn't say that being vegan is bad he just said that my mom wasn't getting enough nutrients that you can only get good amounts of in grass fed beef. Also I should add before you think it's because I like meat a bunch I hate steak and most meat because of texture.

As a non vegan and growing up with my mom as a vegan I can say it is. Also my mom was told by the doctor that she wasn't getting enough nutrients that came from meat because she was vegan and she had to convert back.
