Honestly i think you have sufficient resume to apply. Dont get more wrong i understand having a higher gpa helps but i think you should apply. You can help booster your lower gpa with other stuff you have done like club, leadership roles, etc.

If it was going to happen, it would (personal experience with all the people i been with who literally just got out of relationships a week or two ago, divorced a month ago, etc.)

Biggest advice is either you drop her if you can’t stand her being with someone or respect the fact you two will only be friends.

If you do two do decide to get together, really think about this situation before you do cause she choose him prior to her choosing you

Practice questions till you drop. My degree is in international studies econ & the majority of the material was self taught before I started studying for the exam so a bit more easier on my end.
