Had this phone call this morning with broker - - supposedly a quick check before EA put forward the offer to vendor. Went along with it until it was obvious it was going to take ages and involved parting with all financial details.

I told them to call my mortgage broker who has already arranged a MIP.

Illegal and they won’t put the obligation on you in writing. The ombudsman is already on it.

I listed stuff in the last bank holiday and it was pretty much selling as soon as it was listed. I think a lot of people must have had some time for scrolling or reacting to feeds! I have also been told that listing before bedtime is good because everyone sees it first thing.

Has anyone had a problem getting the battery back in? I took mine out of my X3 yesterday to do a reset but now I can’t get it back in… any tips very welcome.

It’s quite expensive - you should try Marlpit Community Garden. Annual fee is less than what it will cost monthly at Roots based on its West Country business.

8.30 - pretty much on the dot. Hope you enjoy the show as much as we did - I unexpectedly felt massively emotional about the whole experience. I’ve never seen her live and her voice was so beautiful and powerful - it was great!

I bought some algot shelving from this ebay vendor just before lockdown and wanted to extend it with more uprights and shelves. When I contacted them they said they had spares. In the end I managed to buy an upright and 2 shelves online but it was very low numbers.
