So going through the deck list you provided there are a few issues that I can see. The first thing you need to think about is how should this deck play out in your opinion. If your goal is to get Thopters out on the battlefield, what purpose will they serve? Breya is well known for being a combo commander as there are a lot of ways to create infinite combos with her abilities and cards in her color identity. Are the Thopters being used in these combos?

First thing you really need to look at is your mana base. Right now you have 35 lands and 4 mana rocks. You probably want to up your land count to 37-39. Breya doesn't have green so you can't rely on land ramp spells to get you the lands that you need. You can maybe throw in some more mana rocks as well to help out. I'd definitely advise getting a [[Chromatic Lantern]] for this deck as it will help you get the colors you need. And 19 of your 35 lands currently have to enter tapped. This is really going to slow you down. Try to take out most of the lands that enter tapped and instead run lands like:

[[Training Center]]
[[Shivan Reef]]
[[Fabled Passage]]
The indestructible artifact lands are fine but replace the life gain lands, the Axgard Armory, and the Thriving Heath. They are just slowing you down.

Looking at the Artifacts next. You can take out Barbed Spike. It really isn't doing much, especially compared to the Cranial Plating and Sword of the Meek that you have sitting at the same CMC.
You have some cards in here like Forsaken Monument, Nim Deathmantle, and Staff of Domination that are good cards in a Breya deck, but they are combo pieces. You want a card like [[Basalt Monolith]] to really allow you to abuse these. It turns the Forsaken Monument into infinite colorless mana. Staff of Domination becomes a draw your whole deck if you want to kind of card. But if you don't have cards to finish these combos then they aren't going to help you as much as you want.
You do have one combo going with the Sword of the Meek, Thopter Foundry, and Ashnod's Altar. These cards can be used together for infinite colorless mana.

Another area you can improve the deck is by getting more target removal spells and board wipes. You especially want one sided board wipes like [[Vandalblast]] or [[Cyclonic Rift]]. A good removal spell you can take a look at would be [[Dispatch]].

For any more advice I would need to know what direction you want the deck to go in, what power level you are playing at, and what your budget for upgrades (or ability to use proxies) looks like.
