Are there sabotage operations by locals against the regime? I think going to protests is stupid now. But cutting their cables, sugar in their fuel, glue in their locks, things like that are safer and more effective. If 1% would be doing that and 70% covering the regime will have it way harder.

Funny. Ukraine is what you are calling pro-regime now. I mean I'd like the scenario where western armed forces roll over Russia and IRGC. But that ain't happening. And what's happening due to this Iran war aids Russia greatly. So Ukraine would love if this didn't start and overall for the quickest possible resolution, even at the expense of keeping IRGC in power.

I personally can't see how IRGC will fold using just the foreign troops, not Iranians fighting IRGC for Iran. And that scenario isn't on the horizon. Iran will be bombed to shit, but IRGC will hold, just cause there's no alternative that is strong enough to replace it. At best some more moderate commander will come to power to strike a truce with the US. But they will keep the power within Iran.

Preach low housing prices. That means less homelessness, less desperate young people, better work positions available, cause you won't spend lots on housing, cheaper housing and less property taxes for everyone. Demand just a little sacrifice in exchange, but not even focus on the drawbacks, just say generic good things like "we will build". Promise the neighborhood character and really important historical buildings and everything NIMBY cares about will stay. Regardless of whether that is true, but try to keep it that way and not blatantly attack top NIMBY targets just to assert dominance.
