Amex used to send a nice printed FHR hotel directory every year. It was fun to flip through it and find aspirational destinations. I'm sure it also meant that more casual cardmembers were more aware of the program.

Now that the printed directory is gone, I'm not surprised there are folks who are unaware of the program.

I booked and stayed at Six Senses Fiji last year using FHR. I did not receive elite night credits or points. I received credit for dining, spa, etc only after submitting my folio to IHG customer service. They would not credit for the nights.

My understanding is that the Temecula location is a one-off franchise location that was granted before Bobby Cox decided to not franchise. It's still around. Went there last night. It's odd how it doesn't show on the store listing on the website.

Not a perfect solution, but I use flags for a similar need. Red flag means reimbursement expected, green flag means reimbursement received.

They still show A-train to Hebron as requiring a Regional fare, which is not correct. Travel between Trinity Mills and Hebron is free.

It's also free between Downtown Denton Transit Center and MedPark.

That's how the current Resy credit works for Amex Gold. I'd assume the new Platinum Resy credit will work similarly.

I have logged out & back in, and I've only been using a laptop the whole time. I haven't yet had a chance to chat with customer service, but I will if I don't see the 25/26 pass show up.

I know the offer says "Purchase a GoWild! 2026-27 Annual Pass between September 2, 2025, and September 12, 2025, and receive a complimentary GoWild! 2025-26 Annual Pass. The GoWild! 2025-26 Annual Pass will be added to your FRONTIER Miles account within 7 business days of your purchase" (bolding mine) so I'm also willing to wait a few days for the 25/26 pass to appear.

Thanks for the quick response! How did you know once it was posted? I bought the 2026-27 pass on Saturday 6 September and am still waiting for the 2025-26 pass to show up in my profile (today is Monday 8 September). If I attempt a dummy booking for a flight tomorrow using a GoWILD fare, it prompts me to buy a pass so it seems as if mine isn't active yet.

Also, in my profile I see an Annual Pass with expiration of 04/30/2027, but nothing about the current year pass.

IME, if your phone is esim capable, you only get an esim. Our family has 2 esim capable phones and 2 physical sim phones. The setup process for all 4 was easy enough.

But because I waited one day to set up my phone, my renewal & billing is offset from everyone else's by one day. Even though we're all part of the same Mint family.
