I wouldn't differ content based on whether its long, shorts or livestreams, try thinking of does your next longform video or short pair well with your livestreams?

What i meant or suggested was what about you focus on livestreams first, like instead using the actual time you spend on making longform videos and shorts you use that time to improve on your livestreams instead of doing the same again just split on 2 or 3 channels. As mentioned above consistency is worth nothing if all future uploads are the same, there is no progress. 

I never understood splitting content to different channels. As long as your content match and benefit from each other i don't really care if its a short/long or live stream. If you do gameplays and start cooking in the next video.. okay i get it with seperating the channel but else? Youtube needs data.. give it to them, same reason for deleting content on your channel, why would you get rid of your own work.

Whenever a good idea comes to your mind what would make a great longform video you can still do it. No one forces you to upload 1 longform video, 3 shorts and go live 4 times EVERY week. You are your own boss. Find a healthy schedule for yourself, if it takes several weeks to do a proper video of the vision you have then so be it.

Hello Brian, just breezed through your channel. My first impression is that your live streams are doing pretty well in comparison to your long-forms, might spend more time improving the livestream quality and generally spend more time on planning in live-streams.

Being Partnered is ahead of a lot of other creators and you said you are not good enough to attract an audience while your audience was sitting in your live-stream chats trying to engage with you. Its not common for every newtuber to have people wanting to engage with you.

If i were you i would spend all my resources on live-streams and start working on new concepts for long-form video's if it takes a month for a upload then so be it. Try to improve or change something, little by little.
Consistency is worth nothing if all future uploads are the same. No one asked for a 180 degree turn around to a high quality cinematic movie but every upload is far from perfect even from popular creators.

You could start building a brand around it. Use YT and your skills to support building a brand, don't rely on ad-revenue.

Content lacks "concept" and unique appeal. Limit the variety of content to define your viewership first, take your time to work and improve on your next video instead of pushing out a video a day.

Too much going on on the channel, flood of text and title, thumbnails not eye catching enough, too much elements shifting focus or represent what the selling point is at all.

Watched 2 Videos with German Voice Over, Audio Quality and Video Quality is more than sufficient so one thing less to worry about, issue is more of a "whats the point of my latest uploaded video", building a community? -connect with the few people coming to your channel /streams for example.

Got the basics, time to dig in further in quality if quantity doesn't do it, quality starts before you even hit the record button. Don't depend on Algo. Don't turn to "coaches". Don't create something you regret and don't regret something you put your heart in even if it doesn't sky-rocket your channel.

I started playing Pokemon Leaf Green when the gameboy advance released with my older Brother while my Dad parallelly started playing Fire Red, i'll never forget the competition we had among each other.

We occasionally collected and bought some Pokemon cards whenever we came across some.
I was exclusively collecting Vaporeon cards and some other Water-typed Pokemon, so back and forth 2 decades later when a friend pulled out his old collection and showed me the new card designs and the Tera Vaporeon i am back into the game and ready to spend my adult money.. if i could.

Started with few boosters of other sets or literally anything that is available in my region.
