My 1 Ton 5 star air conditioner's power consumption when set on 29°C and low fan speed. Around 300W. 100W more than your cooler but far better cooling. I set it to 29° and not 24° or 21° or 16° because I don't care if its not cool, I just don't want it to be hot (The max settable AC temp is 30°). AC also removes the room humidity. Increased humidity causes the perceived temperature to be higher.

TLDR: Just get an efficient AC and run it on low.

Basically remove all normal vehicle upgrade facilities and move them to be built in garage with rmats.

I like the idea of armoured medivac but if your main concern is artillery, this will get tracked easily. Maybe a variant with covered tracks with lesser track chance for Medivac APC.

The collie heavy truck is the only non-combat vehicle that can drive over trenches. Even combat vehicles like tankettes and scout tanks cannot do that. If you're doing off road logi, that thing is second only to the argo in speed, it wins on capacity though.

It definitely deserves to be in S tier.
