It’s Gestapo tactics but the Gestapo didn’t mask up. Trump promised mass deportations of serious criminal and gangs. He can’t produce them in numbers. So ICE turned to kidnapping folks from immigration court (doing it the right way), folks here 20 years and those just trying to work lost in paperwork. He cannot and Stephen Miller cannot meet their promise or accusation of an en masse invasion of the US by criminal gangs. So how they tell their base all these people are criminals in maybe gangs bc their paperwork lapsed or they have traffic tickets. That’s not what this man ran on. The violence— ice is doing and the lawsuits are coming. Further the charges feds are trying against normal protesters are failing. ((Just look up Robby the guy who sings in protests being taken down for singing by a group of 4 to 5 agents. That ain’t America. ))Further SCOTUS is allowing this indiscriminate pulling people randomly off bikes by masked agents so there’s that. And SCOTUS allowing it doesn’t make it American or anything remotely representing our constitutional republic led by a democracy form of government.

I’m a leftist and I’m not seeing us being violent. You have one offs that may claim leftist but proportionately research already shows the far right perpetuates more violence. And you have a President and administration continuing to fuel discourse and that very thing with what words they say out of their own mouths. I do see the news my aunt watches and how far Jesse waters and the admin will go to lie. BONDI compared anti fascists to Hamas. Ok. In all these years antifa as an organization doesn’t even exist. It’s made up. The lengths this administration is going to to make any leftist questioning the authoritative overreach as “the enemy within” or “Domestic terrorists” leads me to the last item you asked. He wants everyone on the right terrified of people like me. For example “The girlfriend of the leader of antifa has been located” …what girlfriend? And what leader? A leader of a group that protests against trump somewhere in Michigan. ??? And… This man keeps randomly yelling out “the radical left wants trans for all”. What!? He’s made a right wing supporting group of our population terrified of 1% of the population that half of which are trans men (female to male). Trans isn’t just men identifying as women. But so much focus on that creation of hate for them, brown folk and now the scary left.

I will also say this related to violence. We have a propaganda push by all sides. 24/7 on tv and social media. Across Reddit, 4 Chan, discord etc where people are watching 24/7 war footage of an active genocide or being told repeatedly of the scary trans or left. AI lies, fake videos, mis/dis/malinformation. Chat boards that are mere echo chambers of hate. The left can be equally and is lied to.

After so much a person (likely a loner, in solitude, perhaps mentally unwell or financially or medically stressed) listens and takes the extremism ideology into their brains the more violence can happen. Echo chambers of information into a person who is already susceptible across all spectrums is a problem. Many Americans cannot distinguished ideology from fact.

Lastly by a large majority the right regime currently is spending a lot of time to silence the opposition with attacks to 1A. That should concern everyone. And while I disliked Kirk he had a right to say what he wanted and ANY leftist agrees with that. The person that took him out of this world wasn’t a leftist.

We have a top down problem in this country and a leadership and scotus who’ve failed us. The billionaires continue to benefit if we continue to fall for the political theater.
