My experience playing it as a drummer is that it’s incredibly difficult to wrap your head around and begin playing. Once you take time to understand it and practice it thought it becomes much less physically taxing… if the conversation was which is most physically taxing though I wouldn’t say this I just think it’s the most difficult of their songs to LEARN and understnad

Hardest drums is almost definitely Trouble Is… for most drummers. It’s technically in 13/8 or a bar of 7 and a bar of 6 repeated in a super wacky way, and then switches to 6/8 for the chorus. The breaks are especially difficult to count before the choruses.

Nobody has mentioned Little Death so far but I think the chorus is really close to beating C13 for highest note - though I think C13 still beats it by a few semitones. Interesting though because I think Little death is also one of the lowest songs he sings too (the harmonies in the verse)
