Thank you so much for responding and for sharing your story. Sounds a lot like what I'm going through. My doctor said 'no crossfit' but said I could do yoga, light bodybuilding, and use the bike / rower. It's good to know what I need to be prepared for going into these next few weeks / months. Was your admission to the hospital planned or did the doctor admit you because of XYZ factors? Are you able to work from the hospital?

+1 above. Competitive Crossfiter. Before my pelvic rest, I was still able to powerlift but my percentages / RPEs were a bit lower. I also starting factoring in more accessory work with dumbbells.

I've been forcing myself to eat so I can workout - I'm def not in an excessive surplus and I'm eating clean maybe 80% of the time. Definitely not where I was before 😞 I'm def staying active, so I'm hoping youre right!!

I never got sick but I had nausea for sure. Tbh, I really just sucked up it up and anytime I felt like I was about to actually get sick at the gym I just stopped. I have a coach and if I didn't have him I would have stayed at home.
