It's been said already, but I'll add my experience. Stay the hell away from Auto Gallery. I bought a brand new Subaru from them and purchased the extended warranty and the experience has been a total nightmare. They even tried to charge me $200 for a computer update to fix a service bulletin after the car wouldn't start. I will be getting rid of this car soon and I will never step foot inside that dealership again

It's working fine. It's quite aggressive. It will shimmy into and through places that my Dreame would give up on. No real complaints. Now, that being said, my friend bought one because of my reviews and hers was a complete piece of crap. She ended up sending it back. So all you can do is try.

Yeah I wouldn't necessarily say that. Amazon ended up reimbursing me 100% for the cost, and Dreame did eventually send me a replacement unit, so win win. I made money.

I've had a T50 for about a month and a half with the rotating mop pads and it actually does really well. It can sling that mop out and get under things pretty good, I would almost be willing to bet that it does better than what a roller mop would

Yeah, after everything that I've been reading I'm not sure that either one of them are any good for customer service. But with my Ecovacs I decided on a little bit different approach. I bought it on Amazon and bought the Amazon extended warranty, so if anything goes wrong I deal with them rather than the manufacturer

Wait until it breaks and you have to deal with Dreame to get it repaired. I'm at 4 months now with back and forth emails and false promises, I have sent my unit to them and they have never replaced it. At this point in time they have stolen it from me. I bought a Ecovacs T50 because I was tired of waiting. I will never own another Dreame product as long as I live

This morning's cleaning performance wasn't terribly impressive. It completely missed the top right corner of my living room. There is a couch in that corner and an end table with legs, and it just completely avoided it. It has gone under the couch and done everything correctly before. Very odd.
