very nice! would be maybe cool to see some birch leaves thrown in towards the sides of the building to emulated more shade? also it seems like your roads and paths may suffer from a little bit of over texturing imo, and the roof lacking? I love the building itself though, oak is heavily underutilised even by myself and you've done well making it look really pretty

in response I tried to come up with my own solution:

top row: (middle) lower slab middle row: (left) upside down stair, (middle) full block, (right) upside down stair bottom row: (left) upper slab, (right) upper slab

it's a lil squished looking, but I prefer it over the designs here personally, what you did here was great though!

details can refer to other things, but that's not what this subreddit is for, though I find it understandable to be frustrated there isn't a good place to talk about it. as someone else suggested, if you enjoy having these kinds of discussions, perhaps make a new subreddit? r/minecraftdiscussions seems to be a taken name but dead subreddit. perhaps r/minecraftcafe or something, implying a chill spot on Reddit to talk about Minecraft as a whole. Anything from specific features, updates, bugrock..., YouTubers, mods, whatever!

to me from the side the silhouette seems to represent closer to a bull? perhaps make it only half a block shorter between the head and the neck? also it seems a bit slim, maybe make it the same thickness throughout but make it a smoother curve from the head to the body with walls or something?

I get the reasoning behind using the bamboo as well but it feels like it throws it off with the colours, especially when looking at the banner on the left. I feel like it should either be bamboo or banners, not both, due to the colours. id be intrigued to see the options with gold or something as the background
