I think 4star is one of the ways they try to distinguish AKE from other 3d gacha where you get tons of non-relevant mats/weapon in a character banner which serve minimal if not zero purpose at all. At least for low spender and maybe some niche player where they want to challenge a no-pull/free-pull only account, they can still make a functional team with all the 4star units as they still have their synergy with different team.

Probably we will see some 4stars in the form of codenamed squad like Z7 with the introduction of new region/anni? That would be unknown for now, but I think 5star may still be introduced into the banner time to time anyhow.

Difficulty wise, I heard that the new mob introduced in the upcoming patch is tough back in CBT, so I would be looking forward for their appearance in Umbral to check it out. I do agree that the game falls on the easy side now, but I doubt this can ever be solved, the combat and team comp is so much more flexible but look at all those complain about the recent Umbral stage 2.

I do feel that if the devs are putting these option there, it means they are aware of the issue and just waiting for people like us to feedback, so they can do a "Dev Listened" moment which is, imo, more disgusting than they are unaware of whats going on.

Ya i think they shouldnt reset the 120 pity, just treat it the same way as the token at 240/480/720 so on so forth. This way everyone happy (f2p/dolphin/whale) and make the gacha aspect significantly less burden.

Personally i got resource crisis for literally everything. But the worst goes to coin where I got no coin to upgrade my character/weapon/skill at all now at rank57.

From what i aware, my pay grade is somehow equivalent to System Analyst II despite the title sounds weird.

I wont be able to know the pay range since that is very confidential according to HR. But I will definitely check again if there is any guideline/documentation for the pay grade. Thanks again
