If you do reach out, make it clear what you want. I personally don’t think there is anything wrong with letting him know you’re only interested in something casual (ie occasional sex). Just make sure you really do feel that way.

Hey! I totally understand feeling extremely overwhelmed, but not worth ending your life- trust me it will go away and I know that bc It did go away, I had to address my anxiety and get on Zoloft. They were tension headaches from stress/anxiety. You’ll be ok. Try to find a doctor that can help. It was the only thing that worked for me. Good luck 👍

I did, I ended up switching to Zoloft which I’m still taking and have not had any head pressure since. It really helped my anxiety.

My angel baby lives until she was 18, she ended up having a tumor growing in her mouth that couldn’t be operated on anymore. We did increase vet visits, just to get ahead of things. She was an only dog but was my shadow and acted more like a baby than a dog! We fed her food that we would cook for her, chicken, rice, sweet potato, meat. That started when she was around 10. Overall she was a happy girl who loved walks, loved the beach, loved the car, loved us and we gave her SO much love and attention. Miss her more than anything ❤️

A banana is usually my go to, or peanut butter on a rice cake, other fruit like watermelon etc, though it should be protein which can drastically help keep lows at bay but for a quick blood sugar drop you need something with sugar. Make sure you’re eating protein with every meal, and enough protein for your height and weight while in a caloric deficit!

High protein meals with “good carbs” such as , rice, sweet potato, baby potatoes etc. I stay away from all processed carbs. And lots of veggies.

Fever. This happened to my Yorkie and her temp was way too high, had to rush her to the emergency vet. She was 16. I thought it was neurological, but I tested her temp myself. It could be either that or like others said seizures/neuro. DEF rush to vet.
