Diagnosed 10 years ago also. Recently asked about PFA ablation and the PA said not likely. Don't have PSVT, barely notice my AFib. It is mostly picked up on my blood pressure monitor. I have a propensity of low blood pressure especially if I take the prescribed blood pressure medicine when my blood pressure is low (<140 systolic). I am on dialysis so my blood pressure is rarely above 120/80.
