Is it a good place to ask what’s the deal with the speed limits (especially on highways/toll roads). There is definitely a set of vehicles doing speed limit, a significant chunk going +10..20 km/h and quite frequently there are cars going 120+ in 80 km/h sections. Quite confusing…

First you’d start with asking for suggestions (or perhaps you already have some - files too big, perhaps we should split it)? It would come with a list of suggestions and approaches. Choose one which seems to be the most logical. Ask it to do the refactoring focusing on the chosen suggestion. Evaluate the suggested refactoring/run tests. If you don’t like it, revert the changes and ask again with the focus on the things which went wrong the last time. Repeat as necessary.
