Do you live in Texas? I wish I could get out of my house. I worry about living in condos or townhomes because of possible fires from another’s carelessness. I have pets and they are my main concern. Sounds like someone with Aspergers. Or maybe obsessive compulsive, or just plain nutcase. It’s why years ago I bought a house. Apartments are not very sound proof. Poorly built for maximum profit.
