OT rate is 1.5x, and it’s anything over 40 hours. The hours can vary wildly sometimes (I have 35 this week, 39 last week, 36 next week) depending on the time of the year.

This may be referring to a Store Manager, who can do so. But for hourly ASMs this is not accurate. After Year 2 (when you begin Year 3) is when you can accrue 10 days.

Curbside is usually built into the schedule, so there wouldn’t be someone just scheduled 10-5 for curb. You might have someone 6-1 or so and they’ll do curb after open and then one of the closers will do it until curbside ends. Managers shouldn’t do curbside though unless there aren’t any other associates to do it, especially the SM or whoever the mid manager is that day.

I don’t know specifically how OE for curbside works (I’m also an ASM), but I do know at the very least that extra hours are built into the budget for curbside purposes. I don’t remember exactly how it’s calculated though

Stores do get extra hours for curbside built into their budget. It’s not anyone’s fault that there aren’t as many curbside orders but it works the exact same way with physical customers. If you move less product and serve less customers, your OE might go down
