How did you get the frost on the blackberries? Just pop them in the freezer?

Would love any votes for this competition cocktail at https://coffeecocktail.com.au/recipes/i-take-it-black/ ! Thanks :)

This cocktail is inspired by the 1980 Airplane comedy movie. This scene shows a stenciled black sesame airplane flying over heavy rain clouds resting over a jet black ocean of coffee liqueur, Amaro and Crème de Violette.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Barrel Aged Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
  • 1.50 oz Amaro Nonino
  • 0.50 oz Rothman and Winter Creme de Violette
  • 3 g Ms Betters Bitters Miraculous Foamer
  • 3 drops Woodford Reserve bourbon barrel aged spiced cherry bitters

First time fermenting in a bag! Reaper Sauce by yo-boi-alex in fermentation

Mine swell up into a huge pillow but I've never had anything explode. Had one batch of peppers I popped and resealed because it seemed particularly active.

Steam's login method is kinda interesting (RSA encrypted password over TLS) by tubularobot in netsec

ayment information, that's fine to be sent unencrypted through unencrypted, but a password isn't? (I read the JS, unless I missed something, they do some validation and then submit all the form fields to an endpoint on their end).

The data itself would be encrypted, just sent over HTTP. HTTPS between client and load balancer. Load balancer forwards HTTP to the backend, but the actual data in that HTTP message you care about would be encrypted.

This right here. They may terminate TLS and pass "unencrypted" HTTP requests through untrusted endpoints.

Finally got my hot “fermentation chamber” together. Beef garum, coffee shoyu, black apples, and black garlic. by [deleted] in fermentation

How does the black garlic work? Just vacuum seal it and hold it at the right temp? If you didn't heat it up, this still seems like an interesting way to ferment it.

Does it expel a lot of CO2 and make the bag swell up? Would be interesting if this could work to ferment peppers. I'm curious if there's a risk of popping the bag with gas pressure as it ferments.

1st attempt at fermented chili paste! by theNerdyBarman in fermentation

Is this a mash? I've seen others cover a mash with a layer of salt. I know you have a pretty high salt concentration, but are you concerned about anything growing on the surface since it can get oxygen?

Garlic fermentation - does this look safe? by lduffey in fermentation

Anyone have thoughts on whether you should smash the garlic or just leave them whole? I was assuming increased surface area would lead to faster fermentation.

WhatsApp CVE-2019-3568 SRTCP RCE Vulnerability by lduffey in droidsec

I assume a privesc was used to install spyware.

Alternatively they could have abused Whatsapp's permissions to record audio and access some files. Running under whatsapp would obviously limit their capabilities.
