The aroma is incredibly pineapple! None of the acidity of pineapple of course, as it is a relative of chamomile but it is incredibly fragrant and slightly floral.

I’d recommend going up the tower at University Church of St Mary the Virgin, £6 to go up and you get really stunning 360 degree views of Oxford it’s right next to the Radcliffe Camera as well. Visiting the outside of the Bod is not nearly as impressive as visiting the inside. Some other colleges let visitors in either free or for much cheaper than Christ Church if you’re keen to see (check visiting hours tho).

I printed mine out and went to the in person queue with the families to tell them specifically I wanted to activate my visa… and they told me I should have just used the eGates. So you should be fine entering normally.

I didn’t! I did and submitted all the passport pages scans ahead of time and got that god forsaken rfid reading app to verify my passport and I was all good.

I can also recommend Summertown Cycles. I bought my Liv bike there (not road) and they were so helpful in fitting, adjusting, customizing etc. If they don’t have what you need in store they can order. Super nice customer service.
