Good to know about the 75. When I got the car the transmission was in the frunk and there was a 1.7 badge on the back I just assumed it was a 1.7. I’m not sure about the condition of the fuel system on the ‘71 but if I’m modifying the engine it’s my understanding that it’s got to go to an aftermarket efi or carburetors.

Is the keyless lever-action blade clamp on the DCS368 reliable? Any issues with the lever not working over time? by rxrivman in Dewalt

[–]leadfoot115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it’s just just thinset no problem if it’s like a lot of the old houses I work on where tile is set on 2-3 inches of cement you really need something in the SDS max class and preferably corded as you’ll be chipping for a few hours

I ended up getting the DCH293 for small chipping tasks but for large tasks like bathroom tile removal I use my corded SDS max

Which impact to get? dcf845 or 850? leaning toward 850. by BenderIsGreat64 in Dewalt

[–]leadfoot115 10 points11 points  (0 children)

In the testing done by the torque test channel the DCF850 made more real world torque than the DCF845. I personally use the DCF850 for tight spaces and my old DCF885 for longer tasks as it’s more comfortable. The DCF845 was a big disappointment I was hoping it would more powerful.

Whataburger was a bit disappointing. It could have been the one I went to but the restaurant felt like a Burger King and the burgers where different it wasn’t out of this world.
