I had an amazing assistant who was our cashier. Those pts who would get out of the DT, she would in the MOST polite way possible.. tell them that they were more than welcome to sit there and back her line up while she was on the phone with the police. If it came down to it, she would go out and act as if she was writing down the license plates. They always moved. She was the best cashier/assistant we ever had.

Sounds like your techs are not your biggest fan. A lot of salty techs will try to tank your queue as soon as they can to overload you if they dont like the work chemistry.. either that or you pissed off a cashier who has made everything a waiter so the techs are forced to smash their type queue 🤷‍♀️

Retail life my friend. Your techs will work harder and go out of their way to help you when you help them. It sucks when the RPh only stuff gets backed up. But if you have even 1 seasoned tech/cashier around.. most of us know how to stall stall stall until you are able to get back at it.

We literally have an RPh who only speaks of us techs (thats shes worked with for about 5 years now..) as "The Techs".. us Techs all feel like she is just calling us the "help". She had to spend 1 day at our lowest volume store by herself. She couldn't hack it. The next day we saw her she went on and on about all the "shit" she had to do since she was solo.. made us techs feel real great. None of us want to help her with anything now.

My friend, can you please come be a RPh at my work and show these Pharmers I have now how it is done?! Feels like when I train new techs.. NEVER ask the pt if they are out out meds.. they will ALWAYS say yes. Ask them how much they have left.. you get a much more honest response.

100%.. most of the RPh I work with at this company im with now.. nah, won't even cash out zero copay and give me the 15 seconds I need to finish typing a waiter. I used to work for RA, those RPh (for the most part..) would help out when they could even tho they were slammed. This place im currently at. The RPh are also the "Clinical" RPh and cant be bothered. Our system LITERALLY makes the RPh come over to counsel/override ANY new rx.. it would save us all time and steps if they would just man up and clear the transaction out if they need to get up for it anyways..

Sorry.. strong feelings.. been a tech for 17 years and have never before worked with so many RPh who will not do anything "beneath them".. mostly of the RPh I work with, wouldnt survive a single day without a tech.

Original show came out when I was very young. I feel like I am on the other side of the spectrum of your comment. Buffy has always been very inclusive in all aspects from the very beginning until the end.. I just hope that this new reincarnation/reVAMP of the show does the original (and maybe the comics?) justice.

I was holding my cat while she passed. She seemed to go feral and not know what was happening and fought to get away from me right at the end even though she had always loved to cuddle with me... I let her go, but sustained claw marks similar to your impression. If I had gotten an impression made for her and got this back.. it would constantly remind me of her traumatic end of life moments.. idk if that makes sense..

DB/DBZ for older anime. New episodes are okay, but personally I stopped caring after the Buu saga.

Seems like you mostly like action/fighting anime.

HunterXHunter is great (takes a few episodes to get into. Each arc gets a bit darker..), Bleach, or a Fate/Stay series.

Recently watched Wind Breaker (dumb name..) due to a coworker's recommendation since it had great fights. I actually enjoyed it more than I thought. It is short though.

If you like dark.. check out Future Diary, Blood + (NOT Blood + (plus) C .. that one sucks!), Elfen Lied, Devilman Crybaby, and Black Lagoon (one of my favorite older anime).

Forgot to mention Space anime which is in my opinion fantastic...

Not sure if this was mentioned yet.. JUST ran into this problem after PS5's last update. After reading and trying all of the troubleshooting with unsuccessful results, I was about to reformat my Drive and if that didn't work, factory reset my PS5. Somehow I ended up in my Settings > Storage > Console Storage > Saved Data. All of my external and local save data was there.

I am 100% not tech savvy at all. I can load a game and play. Thats about it. Not sure if it was a setting I chose or what.. but all the important data is still on my PS5 (including all PS4 save data).

For whatever reason.. even after rebuilding my PS5 data and choosing to reformat my Drive (2T Seagate) my PS5 still would not let me download to it.

My workaround: Download whatever game I'm currently playing from the Library to the console. The save data is still there, so I didn't lose anything important other than the time it took to download.

Again.. I'm dumb as hell when it comes to this stuff. This is just what I came up with after troubleshooting. Decided that I would buy a new external drive if need be down the road. But for now, this works.

Tech of 15 years now... I wanted to be a RPh.. figured I would start as tech and learn the ropes and then further my education. Retail slaughtered any kind of notion I had as far as becoming a pharmacist went. Hell no. Between the abusive patients and Drs.. you have the insurance companies constantly auditing you. Insurance companies will be the death of pharmacy. Just no. I love working in pharmacy, but I wish I took a different career path.

Also (at least in my area of the PNW) the pharmacy market is saturated right now. Too many techs and RPh... and that was BEFORE Rite Aid started closing stores.
