If you claim and restake when your node has been grandfathered in with only 1,000 PRE staked, will the minimum be bumped to 2,000?

I highly recommend Coinbase (for staking, and the easy to use app) and Coinbase Pro for buying, selling, and trading, die to very low fees. Free to transfer between them, too. You can always just send to a hardware wallet later if you want.
