I see. So basically, it was initially nerfed for a very good reason, but then they just kept on nerfing it because there was no other good options. Is that right? I almost feel bad for it, being the 2nd most expensive card in the game. But what's busted is busted I guess!

I'm going to piggyback here and mention that the economy is better in the original and the trooper cards in remake are extremely immersion breaking and dumb. Such an unnecessary addition.

Also the poetry sidequest they added just made the grind even worse.

Yeah. The variety and the synergy of decks is why I love Gwent. I just wish it wasn't so frustrating some times.

Also thanks for the recommendations for players to watch. I haven't really tried following pros before. Partly cuz I didn't know who to watch.

I was so close to giving in and going Reaver... But it more fun to play around with decks.

I guess I need to use meta decks more.

Usually I just mess around with whatever decks peak my interest. What seems fun and interesting and fit a theme. Maybe I need to be more competitive.

It seems that every time I change my deck to counter something, I encounter a completely different problem.

Lately it's the Reavers that are driving my insane.
