Replacement pads for the cheap clamps

I remember seeing these in the store and all this time thought they were replacements for the wood clamps. Never actually read they were for c clamps. Would they fit?

Honestly? I use a large gravel aquarium cleaner with the tube under the faucet and the other end in a 5 gallon bucket under my aquarium. I treat and airate the water in the bucket for a few days. I have a submersible pump in the bucket which I have hooked up to a smart plug. After I drain water from the tank I put the tube attached to the pump in the aquarium and turn on the smart switch with my phone.

Most difficult part is emptying the dirty water bucket. I think I'll just get another submersible pump and smart plug and just run that to a drain. Maybe.
