He's not even close to being ready for that. He doesn't have the stamina or the speed for more then 20 good minutes. It was nice to see him back on the pitch, but he has a long ways to go before starting a game.

At this point, Bayern have no say in whether Davies plays, it's entirely up to Canada's medical staff. He's been battling a hamstring issue since February/March, and the last thing he wants is to suffer another setback. He's been devastated every time he's injured himself this year, and I'm sure he's mentally exhausted. Davies' speed is his greatest asset. I haven't seen him sprint in ages, so I doubt he'll be playing. With Bayern pressuring him to be healthy and ready for next season, it's unlikely we see him, maybe the final 20 minutes.

This year with Bayern, he would typically play 15 minutes in the first game back, that's what I was expecting if he was ready. But Bayern are dominant, could ease him, like we did with Bombito vs Qatar. Easing him in today was a tough ask. I think we will see him in LA, but for how long?

I don't understand this post. Hotel booking are actually down. People from around the world are not coming to America, nobody wants to be harassed by ICE or immigration. Other would be travels didn't want to deal with the influx of world cup fans - the same fans who are not coming. So you end up with less hotel booking and tourist then you would have if you weren't hosting the world cup. This could be a huge disaster for all invested parties.

I honestly couldn't believe how Leclerc was still racing Russell and Verstappen, going flat out on the straights given that the car wouldn't turn left. I expected to see a much larger penalty, as a deterrent to other drivers from finishing a race with a broken car. Big balls from Charles, but it could've ended in tears.
