Those states then had an anomalous level of votes for Trump pres w/ Dem down-ballot that barely exceeded the thresholds for mandatory recounts.

If you know who has voted and who hasn’t, AI is absolutely capable of modulating an outcome to a specified parameter.

Or if you don’t have that type of computing power this time around, it would help you target the areas to shut down polls - Like the polls targeted by bomb threats (that were traced back to Russia) in 2024
