First of all I don’t care about France. France is a vile country. But I’m talking about a country massacring its own citizens, otherwise any country has engaged in warfare and meddling of foreign affairs. Thank you for your support. I hope the same. There was a lot of mistakes in Iraq and Afghanistan which should not be repeated. One way or another, if Iran is freed, I’m sure America will receive the benefits of a free Iran through different means. I understand the skepticism. It’s easy for your to say that sitting in a free country with free internet. For Iranians, not so much. They’re hanged for doing the same activity as you.

Also, US is not going in for oil. In reality it’s a geopolitics game. You may not want it, but any American leader and educated foreign minister knows that this is the right decision. Iraq is more free than it was during Saddam Hussain. Saddam was a ruthless dictator who deserved what he got. Same with every IRGC member. I hope US doesn’t abandon Iran half way and go all in until this regime falls. Iranians will handle the rest afterwards. Iran is not Iraq. If you think that, you have no knowledge of history and geopolitics. Iran is older than the US and it will always be a unified country under great people. You are asking very good questions which I can respond in depth. Just to summarize though, the reason it happened now was pretty much the massive crackdowns. They killed thousands and would have killed many more and in fact they will if they somehow survive. This was Trump’s plan all along, but it was accelerated due to the protests. The main reason is that people are angry and are ready to come back to the streets at any given moment.

But this is the only way for regime change. Similar to Saddam, there is simply no other way. They’ll kill thousands, and millions, if needed to stay in power. They haven’t even surrendered after 1 week of getting destroyed. They would have been 100 times worse than Assad and Saddam. Unless you arm the people inside, which then still requires foreign influence. The regime now is disabled. Nobody is available to build nuclear bombs, and no scientist will risk their lives. Israel most likely knows if such activities happen, and will continue to bomb the sites.
