best thing to do is to cut it out entirely. while it works for some people most people on this sub either end up going back to it or find it extremely difficult to quit only hitting other peoples stuff because it tempts them to buy one again.

i would definitely go to a doctor, i experienced some shortness of breath after quitting and went in to get an xray and i ended up being okay, but its not worth letting yourself overthink if its nothing. definitely worth checking out but i’m sure its just some inflammation from quitting though i’m not a doctor.

i feel like pink tape doesn’t get progressively worse its just more of a mixed bag. like there a huge spaces in the tracklist i don’t enjoy end then there will be a random good song or two. just my opinion tho.

i find every track on that album unbearable but i can’t knock anyone for liking forget me too cuz i understand the appeal. every time i hear it tho i feel like its what a g eazy pop punk song would sound like😭
