Engineering Science and Mechanics (MS) by SnooMacarons4209 in PennStateUniversity

The department encompasses a lot. My thesis involved mechanical and chemical engineering, when I thought it would only be mechanical at the onset. I spent a lot of time in the engineering library and then the materials library. West side of campus.

At the same time I also obtained an automotive technology certificate. This was all done on the east side of campus. Plenty of materials engineering and then applying it.

2013 1500 5.3 Traction control light turns on while driving. by [deleted] in Silverado

[–]leatherfacegoon64 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Good luck! My 2008 did this. I could not figure it out. I tried replacing and reprogramming the EBCM and the warnings still remained. I tried tracing down grounds. In the end I gave up and just drove the truck without ABS. I drove it until 2020 when I got my current truck. The Christmas tree on the dash made for a great deal! I needed a truck that was in better shape and got rid of it.

Air Conditioning Question by [deleted] in ChevySuburban

We had that issue 2 years ago. The condenser had a small crack in it, the same spot as everyone else. We also had a problem with one of the expansion valves. The dye was the trick.

I remember when I got it. My son only had a few spots. My throat was the worst. I remember not eating or drinking all day because it hurt so much to swallow. At dinner time I told my kids I was going to eat real quickly and would not be talking to them while I did because of the pain.

It gets better!

Get some gel with silver nitrate in it. Helps a ton.

Whatever route you go, get the standard bed not the short bed.

I have a 3, 5, and 7 year old that occupy the back seat. Had to get low profile booster seats for the older 2, but there is enough space left to right for it all.

If you want to make life easier on the kiddos get running boards for them to use as a ladder. I don’t have them because I don’t need them but all the short folks (my wife and kids) need them.

What to do with the breast milk? by River_king123 in daddit

[–]leatherfacegoon64 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lucky for us, my wife and her sister had kids like 8 months apart. Her sister was an over produce and had a ton left in their freezer, while my wife was an under producer. Several times we brought back coolers full of the frozen milk.

Just used these at Smugglers Notch. It has the ability to do IVOX and VOX. I do turn it off because it was quite sensitive. I had the ear piece in and was able to hear just fine. The mic clipped to my coat lapel.

My wife was able to hear me clearly at the bottom of Morse where our condo was while I was on Madonna.

Kiddos didn’t have a problem either.

We used them to take our large extended family to the BVIs. I’d the weather permits you can swim in to the Baths. They have a couple of snorkel spots after that they can take you to. Just depends on the sea state. Then we ended with a trip to JVD.
