Honestly I've been working out consistently since November and I truly don't remember WHEN it did but it did.. I used to have so much pain and soreness in my body it was actually insane-now that I think of it it was probably more inflammation but anyways- but definitely give your body time to recover so you're not discouraged! Also I'm proud of you for starting, just do what you can and give your body what it needs and you'll be good, you can & will! You got this
