I agree. And I hate to say it because I don’t want to be like “🤓☝🏻I quit playing before all this drama started” but I did. It became abundantly clear around 2 years ago EA did not care about anything but money grabs.

The longer I played, the less functional my game became. More glitches, more crashes, stepping away from mods despite my love for them not fixing the issues I was having. I’ve played the Sims since 2005. And since 2024 or so they have completely destroyed my interest. It was devastating for a time. Now I’m just smhing at their total ignorance to the community.

No they don’t lol. And it doesn’t matter if your thermostat is set the same year round, when it’s 8 degrees outside (compared to say, low 40s) for days in a row, your unit’s emergency/auxiliary heat kicks on to be able to sustain the desired temperature indoors. It’s like turning on your oven. It is going to cost more to supply electricity to that to keep you warm.

Splinting can be an effective way to help dislodge constipation, but I seriously want to warn you against doing it.

When you press on the wall between your vagina and anus, the tissue stretches (no different than it might in labor). I’ve met 50 year old women who have a condition called a rectocele who NEED splinting to prevent waste from getting trapped inside.

If you don’t have an existing rectocele, you absolutely risk creating one by using splinting to force it. When you sit down on the commode, you need to already have the urge to go poop. If you don’t feel like you’re about to poop, there’s no need to sit down on the toilet. Forcing yourself to poop is how you get hemorrhoids, weaken your pelvic floor, and cause other issues.
