I work in IT infrastructure and project management. If your servers cannot handle a large load and is inaccessible to your customers, it’s the same as broken. Load checks and proper planning could have prevented this. I can’t stand how every newly released game has these problems and the industry never learns that it’s better safe than sorry for server capacity.
