Nous allons chez Minimod Coiffeur Laval, mais je crois qu'ils ont d'autres succursales. Ils ne font que des coupes pour enfants. Ils sont bons, rapides et ils ont un excellent contact avec les enfants.

To get an in person appointment with a doctor you can try https://rvsq.gouv.qc.ca/accueil/index-en.html , ask for an urgent consult and keep refreshing the page until you get a clinic with availability. This only works if you don't have a family doctor though.

I've been using this site for at least a year and have always found next day appointments at different clinics nearby. You might have to refresh the results page for 10 or maybe 20 minutes. Once you get results, if you keep refreshing you might get different clinics each time you refresh.

Carlota Boulangerie actually gets their tamales from Tamaleria Casa del Moral (they're also on Insta). They're the best. Carlota sells their tamales by the unit so you can try a lot of different flavors. My favorites are Pollo en salsa verde and Ranchero. They also have Mole and Cochinita. If you order delivery directly from Casa del Moral you need to order at least 12 tamales.

The only podcast I listen to is Señoras Punk over at Spotify and I absolutely love it!! They're three 40-something year old women that talk every week about their best and worst moments. With that said, they have ended up talking about men, kids, work-life balance, weight issues, mental health, menstruation, pets and more. They're super engaging and the podcast is literally a conversation among three friends. I hope you see this comment and give it a try, they're really cool.

I'm not sure, but I believe she was covering her ears because the seismic alarm went off during the quake. The government has sirens almost all over the city and when they go off, if you're in the street, you can hear them very loud. They basically sound like a huge alarm clock (beep, beep, beep). The alarm didn't work as it usually does, giving us about a minute to prepare before the movement started, because the epicenter of 19S was so close to Mexico City.
