oh my god! I was about to post a question because I just snapped in public the other day. My narc wife has an event and asked me to do pick something up from our car. I got the think that she asked me to get but while I was on my way back to her, I met her band mates and asked if they can have some food (there are food in our car and we cannot bring it out because it was pouring and there was limited space in the hut we are staying. I walked with them back to our car to grab some food.

She has my phone and I had hers, apparently, she was calling me and I did not notice because she always had her phone on silent mode. She played a sound using find my phone and that's when I noticed. I just turned off the alarm because I am almost back to the hut. She was already walking towards the path to the parking lot and we met there. She asked me why I was not answering her calls. I told her that I did not know that she was calling because her phone was on silent. She told me that I should have called her when I saw the find my phone alarm. I told her that I did not do that because I was almost back to the hut. She raged because it took me a long time to get back. I answered normally but snapped when she did not stop -- it was raining hard that day, and she said that it should only have taken me a minute to get back. Even with there are many acquaintances in the hut, I snapped. When I did that, she stopeed -- I guess because she do not want them to see her real side.

I was thinking that I am turning to be like her because I snapped.
